Solena Collective partners with mission-driven organizations, universities, and grassroots groups to design participatory research, equity-focused policy reviews, and practical evaluations – grounded in care, ethics, and real-world use.
How We Help – Partnering In Practice
Policy Analysis & Reviews
Equity-focused reviews of policies, guidelines, and procedures with clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps. Expect rubric-based scoring, benchmarking, and phased change plans.
Community-Based Research (CBR)
Design and facilitate ethical, trauma-informed studies aligned with care and community governance. We support co-design workshops, advisory councils, and consent protocols that build trust.
Knowledge Mobilization
Translate insights into accessible toolkits, briefs, and events—so people can use your findings right away. We create materials that meet audiences where they are.
Participatory Evaluation
Co-create logic models, indicators, and learning cycles. We center transparency and consent with partnering organizations and their clients, data ethics, and practical use of findings. Deliverables may include frameworks, mixed-methods data collection, dashboards, and plain-language briefs.
Training & Capacity-Building
Hands-on sessions for students, staff, and partners on data ethics, evaluation, facilitation, and community engagement. Includes workshops, guides, templates, and coaching.
Strategy & Facilitation
Retreats, roadmaps, and decision-making frameworks to align teams and move work forward with care. We design strategy sprints, facilitated sessions, and decision trees for clarity.
